Contact Joshua Texas Roofing

One number, answered by the people who do the work.

There is no form on this page on purpose. A two-minute conversation about what your roof is doing gets you further than a contact form that lands in a queue, and it means the person booking the visit is the person who will be standing on the roof.

How to reach us

Calling is the whole system

Ring (682) 399-3006 and describe what you are seeing, whether that is a stain on a ceiling, shingles in the yard after wind, a neighbour's roof going up after hail, or nothing at all beyond a roof of unknown age. You will get a straight answer about whether it needs a visit, and if it does, a real slot. We cover Joshua, Cleburne, Burleson, Keene, Alvarado, Godley, Crowley, Rio Vista, Venus, Grandview, Briaroaks and Cross Timber.

Calls during working hours reach a person rather than a queue. Walkthroughs are usually booked within a couple of days, and sooner when water is entering.

What happens after you call

01

We work out what you have

A few questions about the symptom, the age of the roof and what the weather has done recently usually narrows it down before anyone drives out. Sometimes the call ends there, because not everything needs a visit.

02

Somebody comes and gets on the roof

The walkthrough is free and takes under an hour. Every finding is photographed, and where there is attic access the deck gets checked from underneath too.

03

You get the photographs and a written scope

The pictures are yours to keep and the scope prices each part of the work separately. Nothing is booked until you say so, and an active leak gets covered on the first visit rather than waiting for a decision.

Questions

Before you call

The five things people check first.

No. The walkthrough and the written findings are free, and they stay free whether or not you go ahead with work.

Ordinary inspections are usually within a couple of days. Active water gets moved to the front, because covering an open roof cannot wait on a schedule.

Not for the roof itself. It helps for attic access and it means you can be walked through the findings in person, but the photographs and the written scope arrive either way.

If you are in Joshua, Cleburne, Burleson, Keene, Alvarado, Godley, Crowley, Rio Vista, Venus, Grandview, Briaroaks or Cross Timber, yes. Just outside that ring, call and ask.

Because roofs are easier to diagnose in conversation than in a text box, and because a form gives you a wait instead of an answer. The number reaches the people doing the work.

Next step

Call and get it looked at

Whatever the roof is doing, the next step is the same: somebody gets up there, photographs it and writes down what it needs. That costs nothing and settles the question.
