Our Services

We provide roof replacement, roof repair, storm and hail damage repair, roof inspections, roof leak tracing and repair, metal roofing, commercial low-slope roofing, and seamless gutters and downspouts for residential and commercial property in Joshua and the surrounding towns in Johnson County.

Work is carried out by our own crews and, where a trade is needed that we do not cover, by subcontractors we engage. Descriptions of services on this site are general; what applies to your property is whatever appears in the written scope you receive.

Use of the Website

This site is provided for information about our services and the area we cover. You may read it, print it and share it. You may not use it in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or attempts to gain access to systems or data behind it.

Appointments and Estimates

Walkthroughs and the written findings that follow them are provided at no charge and place you under no obligation. A written scope or estimate is based on what was visible and accessible at the time of the visit. Roofs conceal things, and conditions found once a roof is opened, such as decking that has failed under the covering, can change the work required and the price. Where that happens, the change is explained and agreed before it is carried out.

Scheduled dates are planned around weather and the work ahead of yours, and both can move. We will tell you when a date changes rather than leaving you to notice.

Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, layout and design on this site belong to the operator of the site unless stated otherwise. Photographs we take of your roof are provided to you for your own use, including submitting them to an insurance carrier, and we may also keep and use them as a record of the work.
