When you call or ask us to look at a roof, we collect what we need to do that work: your name, a phone number to reach you on, the address of the property, what the roof is doing, the age of the roof where you know it, and any access details such as gate codes or attic entry. During a walkthrough we take photographs of the roof, its flashings, penetrations and, where accessible, the deck from inside the attic.

When you visit this website, standard technical information may be recorded by our hosting provider, such as the browser and device type, the pages viewed, and the approximate location derived from an IP address. This site has no contact form and no account sign-up, so nothing is collected from you here unless you choose to call.

How We Use Your Information

Contact and property details are used to schedule visits, carry out roofing work, write scopes and estimates, invoice for completed work, and answer questions afterwards. Photographs are used to document what was found and what was done, and to give you a record you can keep or forward to your insurance carrier if you choose to.
